I just bought one of these at home depot, the machine failed after one use. These machines will hurt your hand trying to start it, and they take about 30 pulls till they work. My machine doesn't work and home-light claims to offer a 2 year warranty. After emailing customer service, I was told I CAN NOT ship the item back for a new one, I would have to take it to a repair mechanic.
