Assembly of this product is not a cake walk. The instructions are acceptable but hardly stellar. The assembly process is most akin to assembling one of the umbrella tents with the snap together plastic rods.
The most difficult part is connecting the tubes together that have clear plastic tubing sleeves to retain the pieces. Very stiff and inflexible in the cold. maybe a hair dryer or hot water would make it easier.
As it has yet to snow, I do not know how it will perform on the job. FOR SURE, DO NOT WAIT TIL IT SNOWS TO ASSEMBLE IT. If you do, you be a cold, frustrated, and unhappy camper.
One more thing. Mine was missing a little pouch to stow small items. Door Opener, iPod, or whatever. I emailed them as instructed for missing parts. Unfortunately they don't have any.
