I purchased one of these at a big box retailer thinking it was a great idea at a low price. I was wrong. The first time and the last that I used it I found a bloated half open drain that was actually shooting water back at the house. I tried to help it open but to no avail. It must need a steady heavy downpour to work because light rain makes it do more harm than good.
