I knew there was a problem when I order it( from reading the reviews). I thought it was the string shield that breaks but the problem is that the entire head rotates I think 90degrees ( its suppose to by pushing a button to unlock it then I re-locks in the new position). The locking device for the head rotation breaks . Mine developed a wobbly head in 20 minutes .
I have prime account so it arrived at my home for $17.91 . So if you are willing to preform a repair right out of the box it's worth the price . I would recommend installing a bolt through the shaft prior to locking the string guard on its (hell to get off later). You have to be careful not to drill through the wiring the runs through the handle's shaft. The string advance works by manually by pushing the head in and pulling out more string (it doesn't seem to work bumping it on the ground).
