After reviewing the other comments already entered on this product, I went on to order it. It is very solidly built and suits its purpose. Since it site on ground anyway, the issue of leaving rust marks on concrete didn't bother me. It was most helpful to read about the handle issue. If I hadn't read the many comments posted about having to bend the handle so as not to hit the reel housing when loading the hose, and warning my husband when he assembled it, I would have encountered much grumbling and other irritated comments from him. But the warnings supplied worked well to alert him of the issue. We also had to bend the handle to allow it to function as planned.
